Symptoms Of Erysipelas

This infection develops suddenly and spreads like a wave on the skin. On the face, it looks like a butterfly. It spreads on the cheeks like the wings of a butterfly. The legs are more prone to get affected by erysipelas. In erysipelas, the affected skin has a defined inflamed edge. The skin gets swollen, red and warm. Fever accompanies this infection.
