Causes Of Rosacea

It is not known what causes Rosacea. But there are many factors that are believed to flare up rosacea. They are:

  • Change in temperature
  • Hot and spicy food
  • Stress
  • Sunrays
  • Excess exercising
  • Caffeine
  • Irritating facial cosmetics

The ideal way of finding out, what may be flaring up rosacea in you, is to keep a log of rosacea incidents and anything that you did, that could be related. After some time, you will be able to find the triggers. No germs seem to be responsible for causing rosacea despite common belief. It is also not known if this disease is hereditary.
