Seborrheic Dermatitis: Look & Site Of Occurence

Look & Site Of Occurence Of Seborrheic Dermatitis

Seborrheic Dermatitis commonly affects the scalp, face, eyelids, sides of nose, groin, chest, armpits and other places that are oily or warm. On different sites, it may look little different. On the scalp, sometimes it becomes difficult to determine if it is psoriasis or seborrheic dermatitis.

When you get seborrheic dermatitis, it will look like red patches with scales. The scales are commonly white or yellow in color. Most of the patches are ring shaped. It is a harmless disease and affects many people.
